Assalam
Right now, to me patience means:
Reading up endless journals trying to understand clot n lysis time n the effects of CVS risk factors towards fibrin(ogen) behaviour and the inhibitors of fibrinolysis and goin through turbidity-lysis assays for 11hrs altogether each day to find that you're not getting the desired results.
The million dollar question:
What went wrong?
1. There was no tPA to initiate lysis bcos i spilt them all.
2. The fibrin(ogen) were too resistant to lysis to the effect there was absolutely no changes at all in the turbidity-lysis curve.
3. Theres something wrong with the kinetic plate reader
4. Ive run out of ideas of what went wrong.
Adoi, sabar2. Ive put in another assay and Bismillah, i hope it happens this time. Too much time wasted on nothg for it not to produce anythg.
